GRAND FORKS -- Some people are undecided as to who should be elected in the race for North Dakota Insurance Commissioner. This saddens me, as it is obvious that Jasper Schneider is clearly the better choice for the job and for North Dakota.
Schneider is a family man, an attorney, a North Dakota legislator, a small-business owner, a teacher and an all-around great guy. He shares the values of many North Dakotans: He values hard work, justice and basic human rights.
That's why he'll fight to straighten out the mess that Workforce Safety and Insurance has become.
Schneider also will fight to make sure that children in North Dakota have health insurance. And he'll make sure that the insurance companies play by the rules.
Please join me in voting for the best candidate in the race for insurance commissioner. Schneider is clearly the right choice.
