GRAND FORKS -- On behalf of the residents, tenants, families and staff of Valley Memorial Homes, we the want to extend a huge "thank you" to the players, sponsors and volunteers who made this year's event the most successful ever.
A special "thank you" to Vaaler Insurance, Health Care Insurance Services and Widseth Smith Nolting, our major sponsors. Also, to Jim Bollman, who again served as our enthusiastic emcee. We also want to thank Karl Goehring, former UND Sioux hockey player, for his gift of an autographed hockey jersey for our auction.
We look forward to next year's event and hope that Herald readers will consider being a partner as we enhance the mission of Valley Memorial Homes, which is to provide compassionate care and service from a Christian perspective, enhancing the quality of life for those served.
