Icy conditions prompt N.D. Patrol to halt oversize vehicle movements on I-94 in southwest

The southwest region of the North Dakota Highway Patrol is not allowing any oversized movements on I-94 between Glen Ullin and the Montana state line until further notice because of extremely ice conditions, the state Department of Emergency Service announced this morning before noon.
