Highway 2 reopened from East Grand Forks to Crookston this morning.

The section of Highway 2, which was closed for part of Thursday and this morning, was listed as "difficult" on the Minnesota Department of Transportation website.

Other parts of Highway 2 were open, but no travel was advised between Grand Forks and Lakota, N.D.

Interstate 29 remained closed from Grand Forks south to the South Dakota border this morning.

I-29 was open north of Grand Forks, but no travel was advised this morning.

Interstate 94 was also closed from Jamestown, N.D. to Fargo and from Moorhead to Alexandria, Minn.

I-94 was closed between Fargo and Jamestown in North Dakota, which was shut down after a major pileup accident Thursday, remained closed at 8 a.m. today.

I-94 remains closed between the North Dakota border and Alexandria in Minnesota due to dangerous driving conditions.

Highway 10 between Moorhead and Detroit Lakes, Minn., is also closed this morning.

Poor road conditions have led to a number of accidents on highways throughout the region.

A semi-truck apparently jackknifed on the high railroad bridge just south of the Buxton, N.D. on Thursday afternoon. The accident sent two to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, backed up traffic for almost a mile, and shut down the southbound lanes.

A multiple vehicle pile-up on Interstate 94 west of Fargo forced I-94 to be closed between Fargo and Jamestown, sent two people to the hospital and stranded other motorists in their cars on Thursday.
