North Dakota Gov. John Hoeven will be the guest speaker Jan. 14 at The Chamber of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks annual dinner at the Alerus Center.
The Henry Havig award for a lifetime of community service also will be announced at the dinner, and Chamber board chair Rick Duquette, GF City Administrator, will officially hand the gavel over to incoming chair, Barb Schultz from Ideal Aerosmith.
