A Hillsboro, N.D., man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing Thursday night.
Timothy Mayo, 43, Hillsboro, was charged with attempted murder in the stabbing of Stephen Johnson, 18, according to Hillsboro Police Chief Ray Weber.
Johnson was found Thursday at about 10:30 p.m. with a stab wound to the right side of his chest. Mayo fled the scene but turned himself in Friday, Weber said.
Johnson was treated in Hillsboro Medical Center and released Friday, according to Weber.
