Highway 2 closed from EGF to Crookston

The Minnesota State Patrol has closed U.S. Highway 2 between East Grand Forks and Crookston because of Blizzard Casey. The North Dakota Department of Transportation is advising drivers to stay off roads from the Canadian border to the South Dakota border. West of Fargo, Interstate 94 is closed to Jamestown. In Minnesota, the Department of Transportation is giving most highways east and southeast of Moorhead a "difficult" rating, the worst of three road conditions.
