A high-risk sex offender has moved into a new address in Grand Forks, police said Tuesday.
Donald Lee is residing at 2002 Dyke Ave. He was convicted in 2014 for the rape of a child and in 1993 for indecent exposure. Both crimes were in Washington state, police said in a public notification.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee classified Lee as a high-risk offender with a lifetime registration requirement in the state. Such offenders are contacted monthly to verify their status.
