The "Help is Here Express" bus tour will stop at the Salvation Army from 3 to 4 p.m. July 8 at 1600 University Ave. in Grand Forks to help uninsured and financially-struggling North Dakotans access information on programs that provide prescription medicines for free or nearly free.
