The North Dakota Department of Transportation is maintaining a travel alert this morning for Grand Forks and northeast North Dakota, thanks to gusty winds that are reducing visibility and slowing traffic, particularly in open areas.
Other cities in the travel alert area include Cooperstown, Larimore, Adams, Grafton and Cavalier, N.D.
Travel alerts are issued to alert motorists that areas of challenging winter driving conditions may be encountered.
