The public is invited to the Choice Wellness Center's groundbreaking ceremony at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21.
The event will be at the future site of the facility, at the corner of 44th Avenue South and South 11th Street.
The construction timeline indicates that Choice Wellness Center will be open as early as August 2012. The Grand Forks Park Board voted Tuesday to begin construction on the facility that will replace Center Court Fitness.
