Grand Forks will close a section of First Avenue North between North Fourth Street and North Fifth Street on Monday.
Improvements to Central High School will require the closure until construction is completed at the site.
Users of the parking ramp are reminded that the ramp's exits on the First Avenue side also will be closed and traffic flow will change in the ramp. All traffic will now enter on Fifth Street from either direction, while the exit on Fourth Street will only allow right turns.
Signs will be in place to assist traffic during the construction.
