The Grand Forks Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday at the police station. Sgt. Gregory LaHaise will be sworn in as a lieutenant and Cpl. Travis Benson will be sworn in as a sergeant.
The ceremony is open to the public.
