Grand Forks Police Department asks residents to be on the lookout for suspicious activity

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Police say you should be on the lookout for suspicious activity in your neighborhood.

The Grand Forks Police Department posted a warning on its Facebook page -- telling you to call them if you notice unusual behavior around your home.  

The warning comes after local people say thieves are checking door locks on cars and searching for things to steal in neighborhoods.

Police say if cars are circling your block, people are walking through alleys, or if you feel something isn't right -- it's a sign to pick up the phone.
