Grand Forks Mayor Mike Brown will present his annual State of the City speech Wednesday.
The theme of this year’s speech is “Invest,” according to a city news release. Brown will discuss the past year’s efforts to strengthen the community’s foundation, as well as the path forward to create and take advantage of opportunities.
Brown’s speech is at 11:30 a.m. at the Alerus Center.
The city anticipates a record crowd of about 550 as part of the joint Chamber and city luncheon. There’s still seating available to hear the speech, but registration for the luncheon is closed.
