A Grand Forks resident won a $26,000 lottery jackpot earlier this month, the Minnesota State Lottery announced today.
Daniel McGillicuddy purchased the winning Northstar Cash ticket March 15 at Blue Moose Bar and Grill in East Grand Forks.
The Minnesota State Lottery said two large Northstar Cash jackpots still have not been claimed, including a ticket purchased in Hennepin County that won $83,005 in an Oct. 21 drawing and a ticket sold in Wright County that won $43,500 in the Jan. 14 drawing. Winners can claim their prizes for up to a year after the drawings.
