A Grand Forks man charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence has changed his plea to guilty.
Dustin Nelson, 29, is accused of causing the death of Kody Kalis, 21, Grand Forks, in October 2007.
The vehicle Nelson was driving struck a traffic signal post on the 1100 block of Demers Avenue in Grand Forks.
He was found to have a 0.19 blood-alcohol level, court documents show.
Sentencing is set for Oct. 7.
