A Grand Forks man appeared in Grand Forks County District Court on Thursday in the lead up to a jury trial in which he faces a Class AA felony.
Jordan Austin Torres, 30, is charged with gross sexual imposition for allegedly sexually molesting an 8-year old girl.
A court affidavit said that the North Dakota Crime Lab has established DNA evidence against Torres.
Class AA felonies are punishable by up to life in prison without parole.
Jury selection in his trial is scheduled for March 27.
