Carts, big wheels, and even a toddler bed on wheels got a patriotic transformation for the Kids Parade that crawled down third street in Grand Forks Saturday afternoon.
Looking at some of the “floats” there was evidence of parent’s constant support from elaborate designs to carefully chosen outfits complimenting their cars.
One of the parents acted as a water boy to keep the stars of the parade hydrated. The children made their way down the street giving their best smiles and waving.
Arriving at the Town Square they were greeted by the smell of food trucks and the Grand Forks band.
