A Grand Forks attorney will be a Democratic candidate for North Dakota attorney general, she announced today.
Kiara Kraus-Parr said she will make official announcements in Grand Forks and Fargo on Tuesday.
A graduate of the UND Law School, Kraus-Parr has practiced law in North Dakota since 2010, according to the state Supreme Court. Her practice is in downtown Grand Forks.
Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, a former Grand Forks Republican legislator, was first elected in 2000.
