A Grand Forks man was injured Sunday in a one-car rollover on South Columbia Road three blocks from Altru Hospital.

According to Grand Forks police, Bryan McCoy, 27, was driving south on Columbia about 4 p.m. Sunday when the 2004 Nissan veered across the road, hitting a tree and rolling onto its top in a parking lot at 2534 S. 17th St., near the Apollo Field complex west of Red River High School.

McCoy was alone and was transported to Altru Hospital. A nursing supervisor said she had no information about his condition.

McCoy wasn't cited, but the accident still is being investigated, police said.
