George Sinner, a North Dakota state senator and candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, will visit Grand Forks to talk with residents Wednesday, according to his campaign.
He’ll be at O For Heaven’s Cakes at the Grand Cities Mall, 1726 S. Washington St., from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
