Beltrami County 911 received a call at about 10:18 a.m. advising of a leak near the armory on 23rd Street N.W. Minnesota Energy Resources was already on the scene when police, ambulance, fire department and Beltrami County Sheriff's Department personnel arrived.

Barricades were put up at the Bemidji Public Works Department and Beltrami County Highway Department. The street was been blocked off from Ash Avenue N.W. to Pine Ridge Avenue N.W. while repairs are made. The National Guard Armory Rummage Sale is closed for the remainder of the day.
