A fund for the family of the two young children who died in a traffic accident last week west of Grand Forks has been set up at a city bank.
Meanwhile, funeral arrangements for the brother and sister were announced.
Kaylee-Jo Marie, 8, and her brother, Kevin Boyer III, 5, died at the scene of the accident Dec. 22 on U.S. Highway 2 at the airport road. They were in a van driven by their father, Kevin Boyer Jr., who was hospitalized with injuries, as was their little brother, Xxaxx, 3.
The funeral for the brother and sister will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Gregory J. Norman Funeral Home, 2950 S. Washington St., with visitations two hours before.
Their survivors include their father and mother, Catana, Grand Forks, and grandparents Kevin "Magoo" and Maureen Boyer Sr, Grand Forks.

Readers have asked the Herald how to help the family hit so hard right at Christmas.
Mike Helt of Alerus Financial said gifts can be dropped off at the bank's main Grand Forks office downtown at 401 DeMers Ave., or mailed to the Alerus Financial; the Boyer Family Benefit Fund, PO Box 6001, Grand Forks, ND 58206.
The investigation into the causes of the accident isn't complete and Grand Forks County State's Attorney Peter Welte said he doesn't expect to report any results of it until late this week at the earliest.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol has turned in some reports on it, but there is more information pending, Welte said.
He met Monday morning with Capt. Kevin Robson and Sgt. Aaron Hummel of the Patrol to discuss it, Welte said.
According to the initial accident report, which is all that has been released officially: an eastbound semi-truck driven by Steven Nelson, 64, of Jamestown, N.D., hit the northbound van driven by Boyer in the intersection of Highway 2 and County Road 5 just south of the airport about 10 a.m. Dec. 22.
Kevin Boyer Jr. and Xxaxx were released late last week from Altru Hospital, a nursing supervisor said.
