A fund and drop-off for clothing and household goods for the John and Julie Lacrosse family, which lost its rural Buxton, N.D., house to a fire early Saturday, has been set up at the Burlington Northern Federal Credit Union, 3030 DeMers Ave.

John Lacrosse previously worked for BNSF Railway.

The family lost all they owned in the house fire and are staying in a furnished house in Cummings, N.D., lent temporarily by a volunteer firefighter from the Buxton Fire Department.

The couple has two children and three foster children - two boys and three girls - who need clothing, as do their parents, said a credit union employee.

And pots, pans and furniture and other things are needed, she said.
