A Fort Totten, N.D., woman was sentenced Monday for distributing methamphetamine, according to a release from the Department of Justice.
Maranda Fassett, 21, was sentenced to time already served since her arrest on Dec. 12, 2010. She was charged with distributing a control substance in March 2010 on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation. Fasset will serve six months in rehabilitation, followed by three years of supervised release. She must pay $100 to the Crime Victim's Fund.
