FARGO - Four of the dozen defendants who are charged in connection with a series of alleged thefts at Fargo's Best Buy pleaded not guilty today in Cass County District Court.
Entering not guilty pleas on a felony charge of theft of property were Gregory Reid, Jr., Anthony Sands, Christopher Griffin and Anthony Martin.
Martin's theft charge is a Class B felony, carrying up to a 10-year prison term if convicted. The other three face a Class C charge that can bring up to five years.
All four of the suspects are set for a dispositional hearing on July 7, the point at which cases typically are set for trial or for a plea.
Daniel Offerman, another of the dozen defendants, was scheduled to enter a plea today but his case was pushed back for four weeks because he doesn't have an attorney yet. He's also charged with Class C felony theft of property.

Police say about $150,000 in electronics were taken from the store from September to February. Investigators believe two Best Buy security guards let others wheel merchandise out in shopping carts.
