A Fosston, Minn., man escaped injury Saturday when his pickup truck went through the ice on Store Lake in Polk County.
This afternoon the Polk County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that Kelly Halvorson, 33, who lives near Fosston, got out of his Dodge pickup safely after it fell through the ice Saturday. Store Lake is about 10 miles north of Fosston, or about 30 miles east of Crookston.
