WILLMAR, Minn. -- Water pressure from flooding that resulted from heavy rain apparently caused a portion of pavement at an intersection to buckle early today.
The intersection filled with water that also encroached on surrounding residential property about 3 a.m. The water had subsided by about 5:15 a.m., according to Laura Becker, a homeowner.
This was the third flooding incident in the intersection and neighborhood this year.
