Flags lowered to honor Burleigh County deputy

North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple has directed all state government agencies across the state to fly the American and North Dakota flags at half staff from sunrise to sunset today in honor of Burleigh County Sheriff's Deputy Bryan Sleeper, who died in the line of duty last week. Funeral services for Sleeper will be held today in Bismarck.
