Brianna Denise Oslowski, 23, of 1541 Fifth Ave., Fargo has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony fourth-degree assault on a peace officer and felony fifth-degree assault -- two or more convictions in the past three years.
According to court records, on July 13 officers were called to Essentia St. Mary’s emergency department on a report of a disruptive patient.
Oslowski was being held in restraints in an ER bed. She allegedly spit at officers and a hospital security officer, so a spit hood was put over her head.
She was eventually subdued and staff were able to treat her. She was then transferred to the intensive care unit.
The next day, officers were again dispatched to deal with her, this time at the ICU. While staff was working on clearing her for release as medically stable, she was allegedly combative with hospital personnel, grabbing a male nurse by the shirt and threatening to kill him. He said she also swung at him a couple times and kicked at him.

Oslowski allegedly continued to be disruptive, and again spat at hospital security and at the nurse.
She was previously convicted of fifth-degree assault in 2012 and 2014, both out-of-county offenses.
She appeared July 15 before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bond at $2,500 or cash bail at $300, with conditions. Her next appearance is July 27.
