FARGO - The search continued Sunday in the Red River for the body of a Fargo woman reported missing on Saturday, but no further advancements had been made by the time the search wrapped up for the day Sunday.
Assistant Fargo Fire Chief Dean Meyer said Valley Water Rescue divers "thought they saw something" Sunday morning, but nothing was found for sure.
"It could have been anything - a body, a pile of debris, a submerged log," he said.
The divers focused their efforts in an area near the Living Lab, a restoration project along 58th Avenue South and University Drive in Fargo, where the woman's car was found Saturday afternoon.
Two boats from the Fargo and Moorhead fire departments searched the river for five to six hours Sunday, covering the area between the Midtown Dam and the Living Lab once in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Meyer said search efforts for the woman will continue today.
The woman's husband reported her missing just after 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
He then searched for her around the city and found her vehicle, a 2006 Toyota RAV4, parked at the Living Lab near the river Saturday afternoon.
The woman had not been seen since Friday.
A bloodhound tracked the woman's scent to the river, and footprints were found leading into the water, Fargo police Sgt. Jason Nelson said Saturday.
Nelson said the woman has a history of depression. Calls to the dispatch center Saturday described the woman as suicidal.
