The story names 20 U.S. cities where job growth is rising and college grads should stay put.

"Research universities tend to be great environments for business, as they're flush with cheap, highly talented labor (recent grads), and the massive research and development budgets universities have," the article states.

Athens, Ga., ranked No. 4; Durham, N.C., ranked No. 3; Morgantown, W.Va., ranked No. 2; and Provo, Utah, ranked No. 1.
