Police here are alerting the community to two moderate risk sex offenders who have failed to maintain registration in accordance with state law.

Denise Kelly Gerszewski and Wesley Owen Gee have failed to maintain communication with law enforcement, according to two separate news releases from Fargo Police.

Gerszewski, 31, was convicted of sexual assault on June 8, 2011, in Ward County District Court. She was also convicted of sexual assault on July 1, 2010, in Mercer County District Court. Her victims were 16-year-old male acquaintances. She is a lifetime registrant.

Gerszewski is 4’9”, weighs 106 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair.

Gee was convicted of corruption of a minor in 2006 in Grand Forks County District Court. His victim was a 16-year-old female acquaintance. He is required to register as a sex offender until 2032.

Gee, born 1983, is 6’3”, weighs 124 pounds, and has hazel eyes and brown hair.
