FARGO--A Fargo motorcyclist was cited Friday for reckless driving after he was clocked driving 140 mph in a 75 mph zone near mile marker 343 on Interstate 94 at about 3:30 p.m., the North Dakota Highway Patrol said in a news release.
A trooper caught up with Tanner Beighley, 22, on a county road at the west edge of West Fargo and cited him for speeding, driving without liability insurance, driving without a motorcycle endorsement and aggravated reckless driving.
Beighley has pleaded guilty to a litany of traffic violations in Minnesota and North Dakota including for speeding and careless driving.
