FARGO – A Fargo man has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison in the death of Fargo musician Cody Conner.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon said Nathan William Evenson, 27, was sentenced Thursday to 12 years for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
Purdon said Evenson and other co-conspirators received shipments of heroin from a source in Minneapolis for distribution in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Purdon said Evenson’s co-defendants, Seth Lund and Nicole Wadsworth, distributed the heroin that contributed to the June 2012 death of Conner.
