FARGO - A Fargo man was arrested early today after swinging at an officer and then kicking another officer in the leg.

Police had responded to a loud noise complaint at 69 4th St. N., Fargo. They were leaving when the occupant came into the hallway to confront them, said Sgt. Jeff Skuza.

The man swung at an officer, but missed. Police got the man on the ground because he was being violent and were cuffing him when he kicked another officer in the leg. Neither officer was injured, Skuza said. Officers believed the suspect was intoxicated.

Dwayne Kimbrough, 24, was arrested for felony assault on an officer. He was being held at the Cass County Jail today.
