The First Presbyterian Church holds11th Annual Apple Fest
The First Presbyterian Church, 5555 S. Washington St., Grand Forks, will be holding its 11th Annual Apple Fest Oct 25, from 8 a.m. till noon. Chef Nathan Sheppard is returning to make his gourmet pancakes. Cost is $6 per person, and families of five of more will be $30. Apple pies, apple brats, jams and BBQ sauce will also be for sale. Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church holds meatball dinner
The Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church, 307 Second Ave., Northwood, will be having a meatball dinner on Oct. 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu will feature meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls, lefse, dessert, and coffee.
