CANDO, N.D. -- A 30-year-old Edmore man died Monday after being run over by a truck he was working under in Cando, the North Dakota Highway Patrol reported.
Toby Miller was working under the trailer of a 1993 Mack semi in the parking lot of the Towner County Medical Center at about 1 p.m. Monday, when the driver of the truck, unaware Miller was under the trailer, drove off, a patrol statement said.
Miller died at the scene, the patrol said.
The accident is under investigation.
