The East Grand Forks City Council meeting canceled because of this week's blizzard has been rescheduled for Monday.
Two meetings will take place Monday with a closed meeting at 4 p.m. followed by a regular council meeting at 5 p.m.
The City Council is expected to discuss a new 2017 budget proposal and a proposal for a no parking during school hours sign to be placed on the south side of Senior High School on 14th Street N.W. for safety purposes.
The closed meeting will look at offers for the purchase or sale of property.
The meeting was canceled after Blizzard Alivia dropped 14.4 inches of snow on Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
