KINDRED, N.D. - Authorities say the male driver of a car was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after the car collided with a semitrailer that ran a stop sign Monday night in rural Cass County.
The semitrailer was westbound on County Road 16 at about 10:30 p.m. when it failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of County Road 15, the Cass County Sheriff's Office stated in a news release.
The car's driver was taken by ambulance to Innovis Health in Fargo. The semi's driver was not injured but was cited.
Their names were not released.
Kindred Ambulance, F-M Ambulance and the Davenport and Kindred fire departments provided assistance.
