A 12-year-old boy reported that a dog bit him on the hand about 4 p.m. Sunday on the 2600 block of Chestnut Street.
The dog was seen heading west on 27th Avenue South, according to a police report. It was described as a grey and black poodle wearing a collar with two tags.
