BISMARCK - Northwood, N.D., residents affected by the Aug. 26 tornado may qualify for help with their grocery needs, but they have to act quickly.
The federally approved Disaster Food Stamp Program ends today. Only one family has applied for the program, according to the Arlene Dura, food stamp director with the state Department of Human Services.
