The Digi-Key bus will start Grand Forks service Monday, bringing about 10 workers to the company's plant in Thief River Falls.
The bus already takes about 20 workers from Crookston and nearby cities for four day, 10-hour shifts.
The distributor of electronic components is a major employer in Thief River Falls that's growing fast, but a housing shortage there has forced the company to be more creative in its recruitment.
