DICKINSON, N.D. -- Police have arrested the suspect in an attempted murder after he was found working in the Dickinson area.
Charles Tomlin Jr. was wanted on two outstanding Ward County warrants for attempted murder and criminal conspiracy to commit murder.
Officers had been tracking Tomlin for "some time," according to a statement released Wednesday, and located him Tuesday night on foot near the 3200 block of Fourth Avenue East.
Tomlin was being held Wednesday at the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
