Devils Lake water tour set for June 23

The Devils Lake Basin Joint Water Resource Board and the North Dakota Water Education Foundation are co-hosting a tour of the Devils Lake region June 23.

The Devils Lake Basin Joint Water Resource Board and the North Dakota Water Education Foundation are co-hosting a tour of the Devils Lake region June 23.

The tour will visit points of interest around the Devils Lake Basin, including flooded lands in:

- Northeastern Ramsey County.

- Lake Loretta.

- McHugh Slough.

ADVERTISEMENT

- Michigan Spillway.

- Stump Lake Park.

- Tolna Coulee.

- Devils Lake Outlet.

- City of Minnewaukan.

The public is invited to attend the tour, which costs $15 per person, and includes transportation, informational materials, meals, refreshments and a one-year subscription to "North Dakota Water" magazine. The tour begins and ends in the city of Devils Lake.
