A Devils Lake man was charged for sexually assaulting a woman while she was unaware, court documents said.
Hamed Mubarak Said, who also goes by Hamed Al-Mazrouai, could spend up to 20 years behind bars if convicted. Court documents reveal few details, but allege the 24-year-old man sexually assaulted "a woman while she was unaware that a sexual act was being committed on her."
