A Devils Lake couple is facing charges after investigators say they found bags of methamphetamine, scales and paraphernalia in their home Tuesday.
Stacy Lynn Dahl-Koble and Peter James Koble Jr. are both facing charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, endangerment of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. The most serious charge holds a maximum penalty of 10 years behind bars.
A court document said there were bags of methamphetamine totalling 2 ounces, two scales, $618 cash, bags containing marijuana and paraphernalia throughout the couple's home, vehicles and garage. The drugs and paraphernalia were all within reach of a child, according to the criminal information.
This is Dahl-Koble's third drug-trafficking charge and Koble's second, the court documents said. A warrant was issued for their arrest Thursday but they were not in custody that afternoon. A bond hearing is scheduled for Monday.
