Traffic on Minnesota Highway 220 from Robbin to Alvarado is being detoured because of road improvements.
Southbound traffic will be detoured west on Minnesota Highway 11/North Dakota Highway 66, south on Interstate 29 to North Dakota Highway 54, east to Highway 1 and back to Highway 220 in Alvarado. Northbound traffic will use the same detour.
The detour is expected to be lifted by Sept. 30. Work on Highway 220 is scheduled to be completed in mid-October.
