Deputies stress caution in northern Cass County flooding
Cass County's Otter Team travels southbound on flooded Interstate 29 near Argusville Monday morning. The boat teams were mobilized for an evacuation request near Grandin, N.D., but were recalled soon after because the family was taken to safety by local fire department crews.
